Ripened sheep’s ricotta, obtained from the thermocoagulation of whey from the processing of Pecorino Coratino.
INGREDIENTS
Semi-hard pasta, crumbly, not elastic, white in color and with a marked taste. Clear but not penetrating aroma, very pleasant.
